Cancellation Policy:

In the unfortunate event you have to change your plans, any deposit taken will be fully refunded provided we have 48 hours notice of cancellation. Otherwise we reserve the right to retain the deposit or charge against your credit card a cancellation fee of one night's tariff.

Payment Methods:

We welcome Visa, Master-card, cash and bank deposits, but no EFTPOS. Credit card details are required upon reservation. No charge will be placed on a credit card until check-in date.

Bookings:

Bookings can be made by phone, fax or email. To confirm a booking please supply us with your credit card details. When emailing your credit card details we strongly advise to send these in two separate emails for security reasons.

Refunds:

Unfortunately we are not able to provide discount or a refund in case you choose not to take the breakfast provided.
